First of all, thanks Krista for your rave review (posted on my recipe post). I'm glad to hear you loved it. Phew! I'm always nervous when people eat things I cook.
We had the Shepherd's Pie finally. We liked it. It wasn't quite enough. We had to use both of them. I think a slightly larger pan would have been better for us. This recipe is similar to what I make so my oldest son LOVED it and we all enjoyed it. No complaints from our peanut gallery! We had salad with it.
Disclaimer on the Sweet and Sour Meatballs: I did tweak the recipe just a tad. I never quite follow a recipe when I cook (only when I bake). I did what looked right to me. So, if you recreate the recipe on your own, you may want to adjust it to your liking.
