Turkey Noodle Soup
4 T. chicken soup base
4 carrots, sliced
2 celery, diced
1 onion, chopped
5 C. water
3 C. turkey, precooked & cubed
2 C. favorite noodles, uncooked
2 t. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
Add olive oil to heated pot with carrots, garlic, onion and celery. Cook on med-high until just tender. Add water, soup base and bay leaf, stir until well blended and bring to a boil. Add turkey and noodles and boil until noodles are cooked through.
This is not an actual recipe as I tend to dash and dump when I make soup. I think that I was able to write down everything that I put in, however if I missed something I do apologize.
