Dinner is in the Freezer: Janet's Sweet and Sour Chicken

This was yummy! I shredded the chicken and added it to the sauce and heated it. It was yummy and there is enough left over for Brian to have for a lunch next week. Thank you Janet!!

Co-op Rules

We all make two freezer entrees for each person on the list and swap.

1. The meals need to have a good amount of protein in the meal.

2. We each make two freezer entrees for each person on the list. Each meal needs to contain 6 generous servings. (I would say 1-2 cups of soup and sauces at least!) That way if your family is smaller you can just cook one and if it is a little bigger,or if your family has big eaters, you can cook both meals. We each make two meals for each family. (i.e. 5 families means you make 10 dinners)

3. Please use Ziploc Freezer bags or throw away pans to make your meal in. Include cooking directions.

4. If you are going to do rice or pasta, please put the uncooked rice or pasta in a baggie with cooking instructions.

5. Everyone must email and tell me what meal they are making, including recipe, to avoid repeats, at least 1 week before the swap. You can just post it on the blog if you would rather do it that way.
