This is a homemade sauce and is different eveytime I make it, so I will just post ingredients. I do not have exact mesurements.

Tomatoes canned, diced
Onions
Green Pepper
Garlic
Zucchini
Italian Seasonings
Italian Sausage
I will be giving dry pasta to go with it. Can heat this is microwave or on the range.

Kelly's Lentil Chili
* 1 pound ground beef
* 1 (49.5 fluid ounce) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
* 2 cups lentils, rinsed
* 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
* 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
* 1 medium onion, chopped
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sweet and Sour Meat Non-Balls
Sweet and Sour Meat Non-Balls
(Because, really, what’s the point of making it into balls?)
Serve over rice
1 lb ground beef
½ cup (about ½ package) saltine cracker crumbs
¼ cup milk
1 T. dry onion
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
2/3 cup vinegar
2 T. Soy sauce
Brown the hamburger. Add crackers through egg. Cook in skillet until crackers are browned and egg is cooked. Put aside in a bowl. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple and juice, vinegar, and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, add meat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.

Turkey Nacho Burgers
1 1/4 lbs turkey burger
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 Tbl chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 Tbl grill seasoning
3-4 oz diced Monterey Jack Cheese
Mix ingredients together and form into 4 patties. Freeze if desired.
Cooking~
Can grill, broil, bake, or fry. Serve on a bun or on a salad with taco chips & salsa.

PIzza Pasta Casserole
Pizza Pasta Casserole Freezer Recipe
2 lbs sausage
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 cans tomato sauce
1 pkg spiral pasta
3 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
sliced pepperoni
Cook spiral pasta noodles according to package instructions. While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage together sausage is no longer pink; drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta, once noodles are cooked and drained. Divide into 2 Ziplock bags. Cool if needed, then cover and freeze.
To cook: Thaw casserole in fridge overnight (or defrost in microwave). Spray a 9"x13" with non-stick cooking spray, and dump mixture into pan. Sprinkle with cheese and top with pepperoni. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
