I am hoping to get back into this in the coming months. With me being on bed rest my family will be making the meals, but we will all benefit from it. I do not want to purchase a bunch of frozen meals from the store as they are not all that healthy. A few times a month is fine but several times a week is too much. Please let me know if you are interested. At this time I am limiting it to 5 families.

Sweet and Sour Meat Non-balls
We had this for dinner last week. My husband thinks you are a genius. He said the flavor was throughout the meat better then a meatball.
Tater Tot Casserole
We have only had Tater Tot Casserole one other time and I have never made it before. This was so yummy all of the kiddos loved it and so did my hubby. Please post the recipe!!!
Spanish Chicken and Rice
We had this on Cinco De Mayo! I added plain uncooked rice to the Spanish Rice Mix and added a little extra water. I was afraid it might be a little too spicy for my little ones. We loved it and can not wait until we have it again. Thank you Eileen!!
