1 4-5 lb pork roast
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup salsa
4-6 buns
Place pork roast in crockpot or roasting pan. Add brown sugar and salsa. Cook in crockpot for 10 hours or in oven at 250 for 10 hours. At the 8th hour shred pork then cook for 2 more hours.
Warm buns in oven or microwave. Lay pulled pork on buns and serve!
I like to serve this with pineapple slices, jojos, and coleslaw.
